- Interesting job spec from Vogels…
My favourite line: “You have at least once tried to understand Paxos by reading the original paper.“. It all sounds like ancient greek to me!

And worse it was lost behind a filing cabinet for a long period of time - which means there are few decent translations

lol. If there are no decent translations maybe it needs to be simplified or turned into plain English? Paxos made simple would be a good idea
